[unyielding aura][patient spirit][dwayna's kiss][cure hex][dismiss condition][heal party][glyph of lesser energy][no skill]
I'd go with SoA, Aegis or PSpirit in slot 8.
Oshit, speed clear... Not got the build for that, but I imagine it's the same as HB only with a different skill over the res.

It isn't. The UWSC build is generally run with two support chars. The are usually both N but this is subpar.
Mo/Me version could look something like this:
[build prof=mo/me illu=12 insp=12][unyielding aura][ether nightmare][wandering eye][clumsiness][cry of pain][auspicious incantation][mirror of disenchantment][/build]
.. With 1 optional. Depending on how bad your team is you might want to build in levels of defense into the build, Life Bond, Patient Spirit, etc. If you run with an A/D Vale you might want Strength of Honor.
As you see this works better on mesmer.
I'd like to add something to this. Knowing the build is NOT enough. You MUST know how the area works. You must be an ACCOMPLISHED PvE hexer who knows how aggro works. Your MoD must ALWAYS hit Illusionary Weaponry. Etc, etc.

I'll give you the second portion of the quote: "you must know how aggro works." I consider that a core fundemental rule to PvE.
As for the first part (be it your intention or not) it's borderline an oxymoron; not to mention the build only has 3 fairly brainless hexes.

There is really not much need for heals if you are going with the UWSC build. You just need UA in case any of your soloers dies, the rest of your skill bar should be dmg. This build seems reasonable enough:
[build prof=mo/me illu=12 insp=12][unyielding aura][ether nightmare][wandering eye][clumsiness][cry of pain][auspicious incantation][mirror of disenchantment][/build]

Monk with a necro secondary works as well
[build prof=mo/n curse=12 smite=12][unyielding aura][desecrate enchantments][defile enchantments][suffering][smite condition][necrosis][signet of corruption][chilblains][/build]
smite condition can really be dropped for anything but its extra AoE damage against aatxes who use [deadly riposte] for bleeding and when the vale sin uses [chilblains] and poisons himself.

However, the reason that UWSC teams use UA is they don't need any healing...

The new "meta" (if you like to call it that) is simply six soloists each clearing different quests of the UW in HM, with consumables. To this you add two support characters to help clear Vale which is difficult for a soloist to do for obvious reasons. You can get away with dropping one supporter and adding a seventh soloist as dedicated Plains; this could potentially speed up the run. The UA is added simply as a safety net for pug group farming.
Normally you complete UW in this way at least in under 30 minutes; I've completed in 17 and heard of runs done in around ~10-12 if memory serves right.
